I’m Shirley Crihfield and my husband, Walt and I are joint owners of Heavenly Hugs Quilts, LLC.

I have been quilting for well over 30 years. Most of the early years I quilted just for family and friends. It wasn’t until about 2003 that I began quilting for customers. At that time I ran a little business/hobby in Tennessee called Creations By Caylor and did mostly baby quilts.

Walt and I married in September of 2015 and he became interested in quilting as well. It turns out that Walt is really good at attaching binding as well as quilting. Walt brought with him an extended family of 15 grandchildren and together we designed and created quilts for each of the grandkids. Their parents sent us information on each kid’s favorite colors, hobbies, movies, or whatever was of interest to them and for Christmas 2016 each kid was given their own quilt.

The following pictures here and on the next page are of the grandkids with their quilts.  In addition to long-arm quilting service, we can also custom-make quilts for you or your grandkids.
